# 公司行动

> 查询拆股、并股、配股、代码变更等公司行动事件。

## 注意事项

* 公司行动事件可跨多个历史日期；`is_recent` 标记近期事件，不代表事件一定发生在查询当天。

## 请求参数

## 返回字段说明

以下列出 `data` 中的字段；外层 `code=0` 表示成功。

返回事件日期、事件类型、行动代码和事件说明等公司行动信息。
